Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. We strive to beat that time frame, however there are times where we receive a multitude of orders and need a few extra days.

In stock products

Items that are in stock we try to ship out within two business days of order being placed. However, please understand this timeframe may vary depending on the season and other matters, so we do ask for 3-7 business day. if you ever have a question regarding your order please message me directly I will be happy to look into it. They will be shipped ground delivery with USPS. You will be sent tracking once the label has been created either via email or SMS. Custom orders have a 2-3 business week turn around time. Please note that a business week does NOT include weekends. Orders must be placed before 1:30pm in order to count that day towards the 3 week TAT. PLEASE NOTE it is your responsibility to communicate any needs by dates and that should happen BEFORE you place your order.  We are no longer a small scale business and have started shipping internationally so  custom orders have specific days/times in which we can complete them. 

Pre-order products

Some items in the store are listed with a pre-order status. This means that the item is not currently at our facility. However, please look at the description of the item, there will be a date of when the item will be arriving at our facility which will give you a better time frame of when you can expect your order.

FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ONLY 

1) MOQ is 3 per pattern.

2) Must be sold at the same price or higher than what we have it listed for retail price for here at Seaux Southern Apparel.

3) If you use our IRL photos that is completely fine, please make sure to have our brand mentioned in the post or on the comment somewhere. 

4) FOR BAMBOO PAJAMAS these sell out fast, we try to fill as much as we can and we do keep inventory as up to date as possible, but sometimes mistakes happen. Please note that we will ship 1 size higher than the requested size if we have it in stock. For example, if you order a 12/18 month and we have an 18/24 month we will ship that size. With that being said we will NEVER size down from an 18/24 to a 12/18 and we will NEVER size up from a zippy to a two piece. Those items will be refunded or switched per your request. We do not do this for any other product besides bamboo pjs.  If this is something you would like to opt out of it is YOUR responsibility to reach out to us and let us know and then we would be happy to make a note on your account to stick with all sizes orders.
